From there we look at how your business actually runs. I go through your day-to-day tasks and map where the time really goes, across a single day and across the people doing the work. That is usually where the opportunities show up: the job being done five times that could be done once, the information being re-keyed by hand, the report nobody has time to pull together.
Then I scope out what would genuinely help. The aim is tools that fit the way you already work, not another system that feels like a bolt-on, sits unused, and quietly becomes one more thing to manage. If something is not worth building, I will tell you.
